With our auto reminders feature, you can set up reminders to be emailed automatically to any signers who haven’t yet completed the document.

Auto expiration automatically expires documents if not completed within a set time, changing their status to "Expired."

Once a document expires, its time can't be extended. Business or Enterprise plans allow up to 3650 days. Edit expired docs to resend.

Sent documents are encrypted. To update content, edit and resend, but all filled fields are erased, pushing it back to draft status.

Once sent, documents can't be canceled but can be deleted or marked as "Expired" in PandaDoc to block recipient access.

How do I cancel/void a document that I have already sent?

If signers aren’t getting emails, check the address, resend notifications, verify the signing order, or ask to whitelist PandaDoc emails.
