The Branding section in your workspace settings lets you personalize how your brand appears on emails and documents. You can upload your logo, set brand colors, and customize your email subject lines and footers.
If you're a new user with a business email, PandaDoc will automatically pull your branding and apply it in the Branding section for easy management.
Select the gear icon at the bottom left in your main navigation to open Settings
Select Branding under Current workspace
What you can customize
Logo
If you added a logo during onboarding, it will appear here. Otherwise, PandaDoc default branding is shown.
To change your logo:
Click the logo upload area.
Select or drag and drop a new image file and click Save.
Select Save changes at the top right.
Previews on the right update in real time:
Emails – logo shown in outgoing emails.
Signing – logo shown on signature request pages.
Branded Templates – logo placement on your document templates.
For new users (accounts created after July 10th, 2025), Branded Templates are added automatically at the top of each category in the Template gallery.
For existing users (accounts created prior to July 10th, 2025), click Get templates under the Branded templates tab to create them.
They’ll appear in the template gallery, sorted by category.
Tip: PandaDoc provides a curated set of branded templates in the Template gallery. These are a starting point with your logo and colors applied. Other templates in the gallery won’t update automatically, but you can customize them manually.
Warning: When you update branding settings on mobile, preview panels may be cropped or stacked for smaller screens.
Brand colors
If you set colors during onboarding, they’ll appear here. If not, you’ll see PandaDoc defaults.
To update your brand colors, click the Accent or Secondary color box to open the color picker.
Your accent color will set the main branded templates' color and email buttons.
Your secondary color will be applied to other visuals for branded templates and emails background.
Note: The text color on email buttons can’t be customized. It’s automatically set to black or white for the best contrast with your accent color.
Changes will reflect in real-time across the Emails, Signing, and Branded Templates previews on the right.
Email footer text
You can customize the email footer text to include your own brand messaging. Check the Emails preview for a live update.
Email subject line
Use the checkbox to remove “via PandaDoc” from email subjects. Select Save changes for them to be applied to all new documents.
Email white-labeling
Note: Available on Enterprise plans and as a paid add-on for Business Annual plans. An additional setup fee may apply.
Want to send emails from your own domain instead of PandaDoc’s? Click Send request to start the process. The chat will open automatically to guide you through setup.
Saving and resetting changes
Click Save changes to apply updates once you're done customizing Branding. Click Reset to default to revert to PandaDoc’s default logo, colors, and footer.
