Free eSign plan
The Free eSign plan is designed for individuals or small teams who need basic eSignature functionality without the need for advanced features.
Key features:
Document uploads: Send up to 5 uploaded documents per calendar month.
Recipients: Each document can be sent to a maximum of 2 recipients.
Field types: Access to basic fields like text, date, and signature. Advanced fields such as radio buttons, dropdowns, and file uploads are not available.
Templates: Creation and use of templates are not supported.
Integrations: No integrations with third-party applications.
User roles: Only Admin roles are available; other roles like Manager or Member cannot be assigned.
Link restrictions: Documents containing hyperlinks may be restricted to prevent spam.

Free 14-day trial
The Free 14-day trial offers a glimpse into PandaDoc's full capabilities, allowing users to explore advanced features before committing to a paid plan. Sign up for a free 14-day trial using this link.
Key features:
Document creation: Create documents from scratch, use templates, or upload existing files. During the trial, you can send up to 50 documents.
Recipients: You can have up to 5 recipients per document when using a business email. If using a personal email, the limit is 5 documents with up to 3 recipients each.
Field types: Access to a comprehensive set of fields, including advanced options like radio buttons, dropdowns, and file uploads.
Templates: Create and utilize templates to streamline document creation.
Integrations: Explore integrations with various third-party applications (note: some integrations may require a paid plan).
User roles: Assign different roles, such as Admin, Manager, or Member to team members.

Important notes:
By default, all new trial accounts are set to the Business Monthly plan.
If you'd like to try a different subscription plan, you can switch it under Settings > Billing. You’ll need to add payment information to change your plan during the 14-day free trial, but you will not be charged.
When the 14-day free trial ends, your subscription will expire.
You can reactivate your account at any time by purchasing a paid plan or switching to the Free eSign plan.
If you added payment information but do not wish to continue using PandaDoc after your trial, be sure to remove your payment details before the trial ends. Otherwise, your account will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
To upgrade your plan or purchase a paid subscription plan, go to Settings > Billing and select Manage plan.
If you want to switch to a different plan, select Change plan, review the plans, and click Select. Your subscription won't be updated at this point. Next, update the number of seats and payment frequency if needed.
Click Confirm changes once you finish updating your subscription.
