Note: Only the account owner can view and access the Billing and Payment details pages.

Change plan
To change or review your PandaDoc plan:
Go to Settings > Billing and select Manage plan
If you want to switch to a different plan, select Change plan, review the plans, and click Select. Your subscription won't be updated at this point
Next, update the number of seats and payment frequency if need be.
Click Confirm changes, once you finish updating your subscription.
Manage payment details and company info
If you need to make a payment, you can add/update your billing details:
Select Settings > Payment details > Add payment method, then select credit card or PayPal.
When you select the credit card option, you will see a form to add your CC details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for payments.
If you’ve already added your payment details but need to edit it select the pen icon next to your payment details and add a new card or connect your PayPal account.
To delete your card from the account, go to Payment details tab and select Clear payment method.
Select Delete to confirm your action.
Change account owner
Note: There can only be one account owner.
The account owner can access administrative pages including Users, Roles, Billing, and Payment details. Here's how to transfer account ownership to another person.
Note: Account ownership can only be transferred to another member of your PandaDoc account.
Go to Settings > Payment details. Under Account owner, select Change account owner
Next, start typing a user's name or email address to find and select them from the dropdown. Select Transfer.
Then, an email will be sent out to the old owner, i.e. you, so you can confirm the ownership transfer.
If the account owner has left the company, reach out to us to change the ownership.
Send invoices to another recipient
The account owner has overall responsibility for the account including Billing, so they will always receive the invoices to their email address.
However, you can add an alternative email as CC to receive invoices:
Go to Settings > Payment details.
Type the email address under CC receipts to and click outside of the field to save changes.
Cancel subscription
Before you cancel, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve your questions or concerns. Here are the steps to cancel your account.
In your PandaDoc Account, go to Settings > Billing
In the subscription plan settings, select Cancel subscription
If you don’t see a Cancel subscription button, please follow the prompt at the top of the billing page to contact your account manager.Fill out the form and confirm the cancellation.
Note: Account cancellations must adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of account creation.
Reactivate subscription
If your account has expired or been canceled, you can easily restore it by following these steps:
Log in to your PandaDoc account.
Navigate to Settings > Payment details and add or update your payment method.
Go to the Billing tab and click Reactivate subscription.
Invoices history
To check invoice history or download your invoices, follow these steps:
In your PandaDoc Account, go to Settings > Payment details
Scroll down to Invoices history.
