Error when creating a document from HubSpot or ZohoCRM
If you have multiple workspaces in your PandaDoc account and have installed either the HubSpot or ZohoCRM integration, keep in mind that it’s installed inside the workspace you are currently logged in. If you’d like the integration to work with more than one workspace, it requires you to install it in each workspace separately.
If, while creating a document, you are seeing the following error:
Please try the following:
- Switch to the PandaDoc workspace where you have installed ZohoCRM or HubSpot OR
- Switch to the HubSpot/ZohoCRM account that you’ve connected with PandaDoc (if you are using multiple accounts)
- And try creating a document again
