Add-on trialing

Some add-on features offer a free 7-day trial. To start a trial, choose the Start free 7-day trial option. A note will indicate that your free trial will end after 7 days. You will not be charged after the trial ends, the feature will simply become unavailable.

Note: You'll be unable to start trialling a feature (7-day free trial) if you're not on an active plan.

Warning: After the trial expires, you will not be able to send documents with the Quote builder blocks unless you purchase the add-on or upgrade your plan. If you lock your content during the trial, you won’t be able to unlock it when the trial expires unless you purchase the add-on or upgrade your plan.

Features available for free 7-day trial:

  • Multiple Workspaces

  • CPQ

  • Reporting

  • Content Locking

  • Agreement Renewals

After the free 7-day trial expires, the add-on will automatically be disabled. If you've already used your free 7-day trial option, you will only have an option to purchase the add-on:

How to disable add-on features

To uninstall an add-on, open the add-on feature you want to disable and choose the Uninstall add-on option.
