Note: The summary page is currently rolling out to a select group of customers. If you don't see it yet, you'll continue to see the previous experience until it reaches your account.
Availability: Business and Enterprise plans
When you send a document, you'll land on the document summary page — a dedicated view for everything you need to manage a document after it goes out. Recipient status, reminders, activity, and engagement data are all in one place.
You get to the summary page in two ways:
From the document list — open any document that's already been sent
Right after sending — select Continue to Summary Page on the confirmation screen
Document header
At the top of the page you'll see the document thumbnail, name, and current status (e.g., Sent). A signing progress indicator shows at a glance how many recipients have signed, and a recipient count button (e.g., 3 recipients ↓) expands a list of all recipients with their roles, email addresses, and an option to edit personal details.
Select the horizontal ellipsis (three dots) button to download the document as a Word (.docx) or PDF file, or to print it.
Awaiting signature
This section lists every signer in their signing order. For each recipient you can:
See their current status — whether they've opened the document and when it was sent, or that they're waiting for an earlier signer to complete first
Select the expand arrow (›) to view a plain-language status message
Copy their unique recipient link using the link icon, to share through another channel if needed
Select Send reminder to send a one-off reminder immediately
Auto-reminders
A banner at the top of the recipient list shows whether automatic reminders are active. Select Edit to set up or adjust reminders without leaving the summary page.
From the reminders panel you can:
Toggle automatic reminders on or off
Choose the delivery method: Email or Text (SMS)
Set a specific date for the first reminder
Enable Repeat reminders and set the interval in days
CC recipients
CC'd recipients appear in their own section below the signers. Each row shows when that recipient will be notified (e.g., Sent after [last signer] signs), a link copy button, and a Send reminder button.
Activity and analytics (right panel)
The right panel keeps your document's history and engagement data within reach. Use the ‹‹ / ›› button to collapse or expand the panel.
Activity tab — a real-time, timestamped log of everything that has happened: when the document was created, sent, opened, and any delivery events, including failures.
Analytics tab — select a recipient from the dropdown to see how long they spent on the document and which pages they viewed. If a recipient hasn't opened the document yet, the panel will let you know.
Start a new document
Select + Add document in the top-right corner to start a new document without navigating away.
What's no longer on this page
The summary page is built for post-send management. A few things have moved compared to the previous experience:
The "Your document has been sent" confirmation popup no longer appears — you land directly on the summary page instead
The document editor is not shown here. To edit document content, select the document thumbnail to open the editor view
Sign in person, Convert to template, Review data, Edit document, and Manage recipients are available by selecting the document thumbnail to open the full document view
Replace signer is accessed from the recipient menu in the document view
The Invite dropdown (for adding CC recipients or collaborators) is in the document editor, not on the summary page
