Availability: Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans
The Document details section allows you to preview the document info without opening the document itself. You can view recipient analytics, general details, and an audit trail. You can also send a quick reminder to a document signer.
To open the Document details section, click on the three vertical ellipses on the right-hand side and select the Document details option from the dropdown.
Under Analytics, you can quickly check who hasn’t yet signed the document, then send a reminder to them. You can also review how much time a document participant has spent on each page.
Under Details, you can check when a document was created and sent, when it will expire, and when it’s set up for renewal.
On the Enterprise plan Company field auto-populates with values recognised from the document contents. This will work for uploaded digital PDFs and editable documents created in PandaDoc. You can use this field to easily filter your documents by company name.
Note: The Company field auto-fill feature is available only with the Enterprise plan.
To add company data manually, click the pen icon next to Company and type a value under “Details” in the document info panel in the document list or inside the document.
Note: You can add as many companies as you need by clicking the plus(+) button on the right.
The Audit trail tab provides a step-by-step history of all your document’s status changes.
