In order to combine two and more pricing tables under one total, you can use Document value.
Open your template/document with the pricing tables, at the top click the $ icon to open the Document value settings. Here you will have options for:
- Document value variable
Currently, you need to set the Document value amount manually. Once you add a Document value, it will show up at the top of the document, in the document list and will add up to other documents in the same status on the Dashboard.
In order to auto-place document value anywhere in the document body, use the Document Value variable - [Document.Value]. You can find it under System Variables in the variables list or in the Document value settings.
Note:the Document value currency must match your default currency in order to be recorded on Dashboard / Reporting.
