If you select “Sent” document status as a trigger and update the products pulled from a deal, the product information will be updated in the deal once you send the document.

If you select “Completed” as a trigger status, product info in your deal will be updated if you update pulled to the pricing table products before sending it, or if a document signer updates the quantity of products in the pricing table/selects optional items(providing you have quantity editing and optional items enabled before sending it).

Line item information that can be updated in Pipedrive deals:

  • Discount

  • Description

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Tax

  • Optional(enable/disable)

Note: If the multiple-choice feature is enabled, the recipient's selection of products in your pricing table/quote builder block will not remove unselected products; it will only update the values of the existing items.
