Updated over a month ago

Give your customer powerful choices by making your products optional and the quantity of products customizable.

Skip to:

Optional items

Click on a product you’d like to set as optional, then click on the small arrow in the top right or right-click in the cell. Select Recipient options > Enable optional item. Press the Command key (⌘) on Mac, control key (Ctrl) on Windows, or Shift key on either, to select multiple rows and set them as optional all at once.

The rows that are set as optional will have a checkbox next to the product name.

Make sure at least one field is assigned to the recipient — then you’re good to go! Now the recipient will be able to select/deselect the product.

Editable quantity

To enable the recipient to customize the quantity of a product, click within any cell in the row of this item, then click on the small arrow in the top right or right-click in the cell. Select Recipient options > Enable quantity editing. Press the Command key (⌘) on Mac, control key (Ctrl) on Windows, or Shift key on either, to select multiple rows and set them as optional all at once.

Make sure at least one field is assigned to the recipient — then you’re all set! Now the recipient will be able to adjust the quantity of the product.

Note: You must assign at least one field to a recipient so they will be able to choose an item/or change quantity.
