I didn’t get my verification code. What should I do?

On occasion, new users can't complete their registration because they’re unable to find the confirmation email we’ve sent.

If you haven't received a confirmation code via email, please try the following:

  • Make sure there are no typos in the email address you submitted

  • Check your spam for the confirmation email

  • Wait up to 24 hours. Due to various email settings, the confirmation email might take more time than expected to arrive.

  • Click Resend verification email at the top of the page to have the code re-sent to your email

If you still haven't received an email with a verification link after trying the above options, please contact us by selecting Need help at the upper right corner in your PandaDoc account > Live chat.
