Admin panel
Updated over 3 months ago

The admin panel allows you to manage your workspaces, view system roles, create custom roles, view users across all workspaces, and manage billing.

To access the admin panel, navigate to Settings by selecting your name in the lower left corner. The Admin panel can be found in the Organization section.

Note:

Only the account owner can access the admin panel.

Skip to:

Workspaces

Navigate to Workspaces to view a list of workspaces in your account.

To create a new workspace, select Create a new workspace in the top right, enter the name, then select Create.

Note:

Creating multiple workspaces is available only to Enterprise plan users.

Select a workspace to manage it:

Under Members of this workspace, you can view all users within the workspace. Hover over the user’s name, then select the ellipsis (three dots) on the right to view the user's profile or remove them from the workspace. The view profile option will take you to the list of workspaces this user is a member of. From the user's profile page, you can also change their Role, License, remove them from the workspace, or add to other existing workspaces.

All users

In this section, you can view all users across all workspaces, and filter users by workspace. Select the user to change their license or role within the workspace.

Under Invites, you can invite new users, resend and remove invitations.

Additionally, you’ll see if the user has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA).

Note:

Each user needs to set up 2FA under Settings Security. If you’d like to require all users to set up 2FA within an account, you can vote for this idea in our Idea Portal.

To invite users, select the +Invite users button. More details here.

Roles

Under Roles, you can review system roles such as Member, Manager, and Admin, as well as custom roles.

Note:

Default role permissions cannot be edited.

Choose the Edit option to enable or disable a role for a specific workspace, rename your custom role, or manage its permissions.
