Editor update notice
We are gradually rolling out a redesigned PandaDoc editor to our users.
If your editor looks different, refer to New PandaDoc editor article.
This article explains where to find fields, recipients, variables, formatting, and other relocated tools in the new layout.
Letting your recipients sign a PandaDoc document in person on your device is easy!
To collect a signature in person, simply open the document in the PandaDoc mobile app, or open PandaDoc in a desktop or mobile browser. Then, select Sign in person and pass your device to the signer.
Note: In-person signers are not required to have an email address or phone number. The signing certificate will display the name and email of the host for in-person signers.
Here’s how to set up in-person signing:
Enable In-person signing in Extensions
If you’re using the PandaDoc mobile app, log in and make sure there is at least one signer (other than you) and the document you’d like to have signed is in sent or viewed status
