We’ve redesigned the PandaDoc editor to make it faster, simpler, and more intuitive! This update brings a cleaner interface, improved performance, and easier navigation – so you can focus on creating, editing, and sending documents with less effort.

The redesign goes beyond a visual refresh. It introduces a smarter layout and streamlined tools for a smoother document-building experience.

    We’re gradually rolling out a redesigned editor to improve speed, navigation, and usability. You may be part of an early release group receiving this update before it’s available to everyone.

    No, the new editor replaces the previous version. If you’d like to share feedback or specific reasons why you prefer the old editor, please use the Need help Contact Support option and share your thoughts in chat. Your input helps us improve the experience!

  3. Does this affect all user roles?

    Yes. The new design is available to all user roles, but access to specific features still depends on your permissions.
