Your UserVoice ideas are moving to the PandaDoc Community

Learn what's changing when UserVoice is retired, what happens to your ideas and votes, and what — if anything — you need to do.

We're bringing product feedback into one place: your UserVoice ideas and votes are moving to the PandaDoc Community, where they get peer support, public visibility, and a direct line to our Product team. Here's what's changing, what happens to your existing ideas and votes, and what — if anything — you need to do.

Why is UserVoice being retired?

We want your feedback to do more than sit in a queue. The PandaDoc Community gives your ideas peer support and public visibility, connects your input directly to our Product team with real-time status updates, and lets you engage with other PandaDoc customers — all in one place.

What happens to my ideas and votes?

Ideas with engagement from the past 18 months — around 3,700 in total — are migrating automatically. Your votes and comments come with them. Ideas with no votes or activity aren't being migrated, but we have every piece of feedback stored internally.

Do I have to do anything?

No. If you do nothing, your ideas and votes will move automatically. If you'd prefer not to migrate your data, you can opt out here, contact Support, or reach out to your CSM directly. The opt-out window closes on October 14th.

How do I know if my idea is on the migration list?

Contact Support or reach out to your CSM directly.

My idea isn't on the migration list — what do I do?

You're welcome to re-post it in the Community's Share Feedback section once it's live. Only ideas with votes or engagement during the last 18 months were included in the migration.

I already posted my idea on UserVoice and it's migrating. Should I re-post it in the Community?

Please don't — your idea will already be there. Re-posting creates duplicates that split the votes.

When does UserVoice go read-only?

On October 15th. From that point you can still view UserVoice, but can't submit new ideas. All new feedback goes through the Community.

Where can I track the status of my ideas?

Log into the Community forum, select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then go to Topics to see every idea you've posted, upvoted, or commented on, along with its current status. Our Community team updates idea status directly, and you'll be notified when your idea's status changes.

I have more questions.

Contact Support or reach out to your CSM directly.

Every vote and comment you've added over the years has helped shape PandaDoc, and none of that gets lost in the move. Once you're in the Community, tell us what's missing — we're watching closely in the first few weeks and want to fix anything that feels off.
