If you’re working with a document in draft or sent status, first open it, then select Send document, then Sign in person.
If you’re working with a document in viewed status, click Actions at the top of the page, then choose Sign in person from the dropdown.Choose the recipient to sign the document, then tap Next.
Pass the device to the signer and ask them to tap Start signing.
The signer will fill out all fields assigned to them, then tap Finish to complete the signing process.
If your document requires more than one signer, the screen will automatically update and you can select the next in-person signer.
You can always change the signer by clicking Change signer at the top of the screen. If you’d like to leave in-person signing mode, click or tap the button in the top right. All filled fields (including signatures) will be saved.
If you have Signing order set up in your document, you will need to sign the document in this order. There will be no way to change the signer until the only one recipient can sign the document at a time. The next signer will only be able to sign it when the precedent signer fills out all fields assigned to them will need to sign the document in person.
