Select any text block in your document or template, then click the AI edit button (star icon) that appears in the floating toolbar on the right.
You can choose a pre-defined action or type a custom instruction:
Improve writing — rewrites the selected text for clarity and flow
Make shorter — condenses the text without losing the core message
Simplify language — reduces the reading level for a wider audience
Ask to edit — enter your own prompt for a tailored result
After the suggestion appears, you can Replace the original text, Insert below to add it as a new block, Re-generate for a different result, close without changes to discard the suggestion.
Note: AI text editing works in both the Template editor and the Document Editor. EU workspaces are not yet supported.
