DATA USE & PRIVACY

You own the output of the AI-generated content. It’s your responsibility to review AI outputs for accuracy and legal sufficiency before use.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
How does PandaDoc keep my data secure?
PandaDoc’s industry standards security practices can be viewed on our website. We keep your data safe through best-practices like:
Data is encrypted when traveling and at rest

PandaDoc is SOC 2 Type II compliant with annual independent audits
Can admins disable or restrict AI features?
Yes. AI features can be enabled or disabled for a workspace.
What is the AI Addendum and does it apply to my account?
PandaDoc’s AI Addendum governs all customers’ use of AI features. It covers ownership of AI outputs, training defaults, opt-out rights, accuracy disclaimers, and third-party security obligations. You can review the full AI Addendum here.
Can I opt out of AI features for my organization?
Yes, you can opt out of certain AI functionality at any time. Opting out is go-forward only — it stops new AI processing but does not delete anonymized data that has already been used for training.
What happens to my data if I cancel my contract or opt out of AI?
Opting out or terminating your contract stops future AI processing.
Does PandaDoc guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs?
No. PandaDoc does not provide warranties for AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use.
