If you believe your email was used to create a PandaDoc account without your consent, or you’d like to report another type of account abuse, follow the steps below to get in touch with our Support team.
Visit our Help Center at support.pandadoc.com.
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Select the option I can’t log in.
You’ll see a new option Report account abuse.
Follow the prompts and provide:
Your email address
A short description of the issue in the Comments section
Once submitted, we’ll route your request to a secure queue monitored by our Support team. You don’t need to wait for an immediate response — we’ll get back to you via email as soon as possible.
