How to Create an Electronic Notary Exemplar

If your state requires an Exemplar to begin using a RON platform, you can do so easily within PandaDoc. Below are the steps.

Step 1: Login to your PandaDoc Account, and create a blank document.

Step 2: Assign yourself as the only recipient.

Step 3: Add a text block or a text field and enter "Below is an exemplar of the notary’s signature and seal for use on the PandaDoc Notary platform."

Step 4: Add a signature field and a stamp field below and fill them out.

Step 5: Click "Finish Document" to complete it.

Step 6: Download the completed document and submit it to your State.
