My client signed the document, but it doesn't show as Completed

Seeing your client's signature on the document but the document status is still Viewed, not Completed?

The reason is likely that your client/signer hasn't clicked the Finish button on top of the page to complete the document. 

To check that, open the document first, then under Recipients analytics on the right, have a look at the indicator next to recipient's name. If it says "Signer" in red, it means they haven't hit the Finish button.

Please reach out to the recipient and ask them to click Finish. Once they do, the document will become Completed.
