Configure PandaDoc Workflows in HubSpot

To get started, ensure the PandaDoc app is installed from the HubSpot Marketplace, or connect the HubSpot add-on in PandaDoc. If you haven't done so yet, learn how to install the HubSpot integration here.

  1. Open a deal in HubSpot, then select Customize record, or navigate to Settings > Deals > Record customization.

  2. Create a team view or edit the default deal view based on your needs.

You can add the PandaDoc Workflows app as either a card in the Overview tab or as a new tab in your deals, depending on your plan's capabilities.

To add PandaDoc Workflows app as card to the Overview tab:

  1. Select 'Add cards'.

  2. On the right, select 'PandaDoc Workflows'.

  3. Click 'Create card' at the top right.

  4. Close the cards panel.

  5. Scroll down to the added PandaDoc Workflows card and reorder it as needed.

  6. Click 'Save and exit'.

To add PandaDoc as a new tab:

  1. Select Create new tab and name it "PandaDoc Workflows".

  2. In the new tab, select the PandaDoc Workflows extension card.

  3. Adjust the order of the tabs if needed.

  4. Click 'Save and exit'.
