To keep your Salesforce integration working correctly, make sure your PandaDoc managed package is up to date. Here's how to upgrade it.
Step 1: Check the latest package version
Go to the Salesforce Lightning Changelog to find the latest package version number.
Step 2: Check your currently installed version
In Salesforce, go to Setup.
Search for Installed Packages in the setup search bar and open it.
Find the PandaDoc package and note the version number listed.
If the installed version is older than the latest in the changelog, proceed with the upgrade.
Step 3: Install the upgrade via AppExchange
On the AppExchange website, search for PandaDoc.
Select the PandaDoc for Salesforce base package listing. You can use this link to open the app.
Select Get It Now.
Note: Under More Details on the listing page, you can confirm the latest version number before proceeding.
Step 4: Choose your Salesforce org
When prompted, select the Salesforce account (username) for the org where you want to install the upgrade.
Select Install in Production.
Confirm the version number shown, accept the terms, and select Confirm and Install.
Log into Salesforce again if prompted.
Step 5: Complete the upgrade
On the upgrade page, confirm that the message shows your current version and the new version you're installing.
Under installation options, select Install for All Users.
Select Upgrade and wait approximately 5 minutes for the process to complete.
Note: You'll receive a confirmation email once the upgrade is complete.
Step 6: Verify the upgrade
Go back to Setup > Installed Packages.
Confirm the PandaDoc package now shows the new version number.
