Add links to your PandaDoc documents

You can add clickable links to Text, Images, Tables, and Pricing table blocks. This can be useful for calendar links, website URLs, or links to product pages and documents.

This article explains where links are supported and how to add or remove them.

Add a link in a text block

  1. Add or select a text block.

  2. Highlight the text you want to link.

  3. In the floating toolbar, select Insert link.

  4. Enter the URL and select Save.

  5. The linked text will now show a small link toolbar with options to Edit or Unlink.

To update or remove the link:

  • Select the linked text

  • Choose Edit to change the URL

  • Select Unlink to remove it

Add a link to an image

  1. Select the image block.

  2. In the toolbar above the image, select Insert link.

  3. Enter the URL and save.

  4. When a link is applied, a small link toolbar appears above the image with Edit and Unlink options.

Add a link in a table block

  1. Click inside the table cell.

  2. Highlight the text you want to turn into a link.

  3. Select Insert link.

  4. Add the URL and save.

Add a link in a pricing table

Pricing table text fields (such as item descriptions or optional items) also support hyperlinks.

  1. Click inside the pricing table cell.

  2. Highlight the text.

  3. Select Insert link.

  4. Enter the URL and save.

Remove or edit any link

Wherever links are supported:

  • Select the linked text or image

  • Choose Edit to update the URL

  • Select Unlink to remove it
