Auto-populating Fields in signature section when someone meets 2 roles

Is there a way to have a check box that a signer can check to auto-populate the name ands email and relevant info AGAIN if they are in 2 roles and would sign for both sections? I'm trying to do this in a template so its not something taht would always apply but may happen with our smaller clients... example the HR department and accounting department are run by the same person and i require both signatures. Instead of making them sign 2 times i'd like them to check one box and the
