How to format Pricing table in template

I am trying to make my pricing table text appear different size and one column show as bulleted.  I can format the resulting table when I'm using a template with a record but I would like to format at the template level so we don't have to reformat everytime I use it.  When I click into the column in the template it goes to the mapping page, I don't see where to set the text formatting and make it bulleted.

  After further investigation, I have confirmed that this functionality isn't available at this time with the Pricing Table on the Template level.
