Where does my document sent to if the recipient has multiple workspaces under their account?

I really love Pandadoc feature of Workspaces. It is sure tidying up the problem of many divisions in one company.

But I do want to know, if one Pandadoc user (1st party) want to send document to another Pandadoc user that has multiple workspace under them (2nd party), do the document sent to the specific workspaces? Or does the 2nd party need to decide which workspace they want to store this document?

  Hi Anastasia, 

  Thanks for the love and interesting question. Ultimately the document 'lives' in the sender's workspace. If the recipient has access to that workspace then when they access the document they would be kicked into that workspace.

  But if they do not have access to the Sender's workspace then the recipient can access the document either through the document link in the email or via their PandaDoc inbox and they would simply only have access to that one document they were sent.
