Use your Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or OneDrive documents directly from PandaDoc
You might not always want to or need to create a template or document from the PandaDoc editor. And you might not always have those important documents you need signed or sent on your desktop. But more than likely your company documents are stored with one of our integration partners.
Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or OneDrive integrates directly with PandaDoc!
To create a one-time use document with one of these services all you have to do it click 'New Document' from the Dashboard and then select the service you would like to connect to on the left of the popup window. Once connected, you can pick any document you might need:
After selecting the document, simply add the recipient and then add the fields if needed.
You can also create reusable templates using these storage services.
In the Templates folder, click 'Create' on the top right, and then in the popup window, you will see the services you can select from. The difference here is you would create a role for the future recipients, add the fields assigned to that role, and then you can create as many documents as you would like from this template - this will save lots of time in the future.
One Last Thing
You cal also add these documents to a Document Bundle. Within the document (or template) click the + icon on the left of the screen and select 'Add Document', you will then be presented with that familiar popup screen.
