Change Doc from Draft to complete

I saw a button to change the template from Draft to complete. However can no longer locate it and addressee cannot open doc.

  Hi there, 

  You should be able to see this within the Document folder and not in Templates. Click on the Documents icon on the left and then click the three dots and you should see 'Change Status':
