    Hi Noël,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your sent documents going to spam, this is obviously something we do not like to hear. Here is an article that may help with the sending of documents, it is filled with additional links and information.

While whitelabeling is a standard feature for Enterprise, it is available as an add-on for some of our other plans.

I have also passed this along to our support team and they should be in touch to help get to the bottom of this issue.

    Thank you

I agree with Noel. We have had lots of feedback from new and old clients are not receiving because the email address is getting blocked as spam. Its very unfortunate that enterprise is the only plan to provide something that would help so many. Could be a deal breaker if not fixed and future users should be warned. We should not have to ask clients to add the pandadoc email to their whitelist.

Agreed. SPF is such a basic item nowadays, and goes so very far in ensuring authenticity. Far from perfect, but certainly better than what exists now.

Another vote for the 'potential deal-breaker' category.

Hi same here.  Our prospects / clients are also complaining that they are not receiving our documents because the email address is getting blocked as spam. So imho when you have a business plan, sending mails through email is too unreliable.

Same here. This is an absolute deal breaker. The only advice support gives me is to contact my clients to whitelist pandodoc's addresses. We work for major clients like siemens, bosch, etc and they are not going to adjust their security settings.

Same issue here. Whitelabelling has not helped either. :(

    Hi SuperStock Images,

I am sorry for the trouble you're having here. I have reached out to PandaDoc Support, you can expect to hear from the team shortly to further assist.

@Superstock Images @Daniel Osafo -- we had some initial painpoints when signing up with Pandadoc. We did reach out to support -- they helped us switched domains?... and that quickly resolved undelivered messages and messages going to the spam folder. They had gone through a "spoof" incident that dropped their email deliverability rate.

My solution has been to choose "Share via link" and send directly from my email address. Actually makes it more personalized and also helps when there are change requests as the client can just reply to the email that I shared the link in.
