PDF document not appearing on the Files & Attachements once customer signs the document

Hello, 

We have pandadoc linked with Salesforce and when the customer signs the completed document we can't see the document as a PDF on the Files & Attachments area. 

We have configured it to do that and also checked that the Remote Settings are active as well.

Is anyone able to assist me?
