Split Payment Options

Is there a way to set up a form/template/doc, that allows for a split payment?

We charge for travel services (airline tickets) direct via our airline systems. 

But we need to collect the credit card information and charge for our booking fee. 

Since these clients are "contractors" and we do not have a credit card agreement on file with them, we need a secure way to collect the card information, authorize the airline tickets, and pay for the booking fee (authorize.net set up) all in one document.
