How could I modify the options to receive a notification each time that one signer view the document or when it is completed?

  Hi there, 

  You can adjust your notification settings by clicking on 'Settings' (bottom left) > 'Profile' > scroll down until you see Notifications.

  How do I stop all emails to recipients?

  Hi Sharon,

  Thanks for your comment! If you want to prevent any emails from being sent to recipients, I suggest utilizing the 'Share via link' option when sending documents.
