    Hi Paula, 

    Typically this is due to cookies either being off or blocked. Having these turned on is important for one site to 'talk' to the other site, in this case so Salesforce knows you are logged into PandaDoc. 

    If this is not the reasoning, then I would suggest reaching out to PandaDoc support: support@pandadoc.com and describing the issue to them.

    I'm curious if this issue was ever resolved for Paula, and what the resolution was.  We're experiencing the same issue.
