We are having the same issue, seems random whether or not the signature page is passed along. Any guidance would be hugely helpful.

I'm having the same issue when uploading the signed document with data from a google form via zapier to google drive, however when i test the trigger manually, "document completed", it works, but when someone fills out the form, the unsigned document gets uploaded. already tried with a delay from 1 to 5 minutes, but doesnt work. is there already a workaround or a fix?

I haven't gotten this far in my integration yet, but I will also be needing this ability to share the completed and signed PDF through Zapier to another platform. I am also interested in the outcome/answer/resolution here.I wonder if the OP did anything special to get this to work as it looks that others have struggled.

    Hi

We have reported this issue with adding the completed PDF. The issue is currently in our Jira, however, there is not ETA on the fix at this time.

We have been facing this issue ever since the new Pandadoc template migration occurred (around September 2021). We are begging for a solution. One work around for now is that you can zap the LINK to the signed document in your CRM (we use airtable) and then always access the link to the complete signed document. You just can't store the complete PDF itself anywhere.

    Hi All,

There is a workaround for this, add a 1 minute delay before downloading the PDF:
