We are using Zapier to collect the Signed PandaDoc and download to our CRM.
However, the 'completed' PDF that gets passed to Zapier is actually the unsigned document.
I've raised issue with Zapier who say it is down to the PandaDoc provided integration. Evidently both Zapier and PandaDoc are aware of this issue.
Anyone know when this will get fixed, it's a bit of a deal breaker our end.
