Multiple documents

Can I set up 2 or 3 templates with the same variables (and same roles) and then create 2 or 3 documents which will populate the variables with the same information as say the first document I created? Obviously the client and email would be the same.

PS Not sure if this belongs in Integrations topic.

BTW I am using Essentials.

  Hi Barbara, 

  Yes, you can create multiple documents from a template. It sounds like you may want to create a document and then duplicate that document since it will have all the same information:

  

  Also if you are looking to send multiple documents to one person, you can now do this at the same time with PandaDoc's Document Budling. More info on that can be found here.
