Send in bulk contact list view

Hi there,

I am just trialling Pandadoc with Salesforce out..

Currently I send bulk Salesforce email template to a Salesforce contact list view.

Is it possible, with the correct tempalte of mail merge variables, I can send in bulk an doc out for multiple individuals?

  Hi Louise,

  Yes, you can send a document to several contacts at one time. If the contacts need to sign or take any action on the document then each would need a Role created for them on the template level. 

  I would also recommend adding each contact to the opportunity or account. You can then CC additional contacts on the document from the template creation stage: 

  

  But if you are trying to send a bunch of documents to a bunch of people, using our Bulk Send feature, this is not possible within the integration.
