Is it possible to obscure form elements under a text field?

I have created a template and it automatically placed all the fields, but I want to cover the little rectangles, part of the original form, that show up under the text, it makes the text hard to read and impossible to OCR.  Thanks

  Hi Daniel,

  Yes, this is possible. To hide or cover up these elements we typically will drag a text block over the area, resize, and then change the background color of the text block:

  

  *please note this workaround does depend on the account and license type you might have as you may not have access to the full PandaDoc editor...also...you shouldn't do this to Government documents...
