We have built a workflow process and have incorporated Panda Docs in the mix. We require customers to sign 3 separate forms, one after another, before they can complete the process and checkout.
However, after the first form is signed/completed, a widget-type area appears in the middle of the screen that asks users to signup for PandaDoc, with a big green button. This area is large and pushes our 'Next' button to the bottom, nearly out of view. So, users think they have to click the green PandaDoc button because it seems logical, and I don't blame them. It's very confusing. We have been losing the majority of our leads at this step in the process, and they either abandon and go somewhere else or they call us (which is time-consuming on our end).
If there is a some sort of workaround for this, I'm all ears. This PandaDoc widget area has an 'x' to close it, so perhaps there is a way to have it close by default from our end, or to hide the green button, at the least.
Understandable from your company's point of view to want to include a sales pitch, but if there were even a higher-tier package that we could pay for to eliminate this (a white label version) that would at least give customers like us the option. Even an option to include this pitch but make it less obvious and confusing.
Screenshot is below. I appreciate anyone who is able to look into this and offer a solution. Thanks!
