Deleting a template

How do I delete a template that was created in training?

  Hi Vanessa,

  You can delete a Template by first hovering your mouse over the Template and then clicking on the box to the left of the title and then on the top right click 'Delete' - you can also select multiple Templates to delete at one time:

  Is it possible to recover deleted templates?

  Hi Alicia,

  Yes, deleted templates can be recovered by the support team within 45 days of being deleted. Please reach out to support@pandadoc.com. With the request, please provide the name of the template, when you believe it was deleted, and the email address of who the template creator could have been (templates created by team members would be in their name/email). 

  If the team cannot retrieve the template for whatever reason, you can always open a document created from the template and on the top right click the three dots and then select 'Convert to Template'.

  do we need to have access in order to delete templates? i tried following instructions above by I dont have a delete box choice to click
