There could be two reasons for this…
First: the integration may not support pulling products from the CRM.
Second: The pricing table in the template is not set up to pull in products from the CRM. Navigate to the template you are using and click on the pricing table then click on the settings icon in the top-floating menu bar. On the right make sure ‘Data Merge’ is enabled.
This allows the table to grab any products listed in the deal or opportunity to be pulled into PandaDoc. This also allows for some advanced Mapping of products to pricing tables and pricing table sections for Salesforce integration users.
