Snap a picture and sign with PandaDoc
PandaDoc recently updated our Mobile app so users can now snap a picture of a document, use a picture from your phone gallery, or upload a PDF to add fields and get a document signed and shared!
How To:
First, open the app, and tap the green plus button. From here select your source, we're going to pick the Camera icon and snap a photo.
Once the photo or photos are snapped, follow the screen prompts and the document will load. From here you can slide your finger side-to-side at the bottom of the screen to find the Field you are looking for and then simply tap to add the field. Once added, you can resize the field and drag it to where it needs to go.
Tap into the field to edit and then when you are done tap Finish at the top right. The app will prompt you to name your document, once saved you can share the PDF or just view the Document.
Besides this new functionality, you can create, view, send, track and sign documents on the go with the PandaDoc mobile application. For more on all that you can do with the mobile app head over to our Help Center post about it.
You can download the app from the App Store and Google Play Store.
