So you received a PandaDoc document but you aren’t the decisionmaker? No worries, if the document is set up for it you can simply Forward the document from the received email or the document itself.
From the Email
When you open the email you’ll see two options, “Open The Document” or “Forward” we can click ‘Forward’ and this will open the document and the forwarding window. From here you can check the box at the top left of the popup window, “allow this person to sign the document instead of me”, add the email address and a short message and then click ‘Forward’.
From the Document
With the document open, on the top right you will see ‘other actions’, here you have a few options, including ‘Forward’. Once clicked you will follow the same instructions as mentioned above.
