Don't Forget Your Dropdown!
Sometimes when creating a Document from an uploaded form you have saved on your computer--maybe it’s a Student Admissions Form-- you will need to have recipients select yes or no to specific questions several times. You logically look at the fields in the PandaDoc editor and assume that placing a check box next to each yes or no will be the easiest way to fulfill that need.
But wait!
What if you need to make sure that the recipient chooses yes or no, and you don’t want them to be able to submit until they do? Making a check box required won't do the trick since you are wanting a Yes or No answer.
What is the answer?
Use the Dropdown field instead! By placing a Dropdown field next to either yes or no, you can then add the values you want assigned there, and of course, make it required so that the recipient cannot submit until they choose one of the options. Please see the linked video for further explanation:

Enjoy using the Dropdown field for all sorts of options; it will eliminate the need for sending documents back to recipients because they failed to complete all REQUIRED portions!
Happy formatting to you! :)
