Working with PandaDoc is easy, but the process can be even easier with the Template Gallery feature.
What is a Template Gallery?
It is a library of professional templates, created for streamlining and simplifying PandaDoc usage.
If you have no time to create a template with the help of our advanced design capabilities, we can offer a choice of templates to use. For FREE.
All you need to do is:
- Go to PandaDoc
- Click on “Templates” on the Left-hand side of the screen
- Find Template Gallery
- Browse through the categories with available templates
- Click “Preview” on the one you like
- Use one of the options: Save to my templates or Create a document
Option 1: Save to my templates
Once chosen that option, click on “Open”
You will see a template that you can edit. Make sure you change the name of the template as well as the other things like logo, roles, variables- if you change the roles, design - if needed, and content.
Option 2: Create a document
Once chosen that option, the first thing that you will see is a window asking to assign recipients to the existent roles.
After the recipients are assigned, click “start editing”
The templates will be transferred to a document in a draft status where you can apply the above changes
- name of the draft document
- manage recipients
- change the design as well as the content of the document.
Once that is done, click on “Send document”
Template Gallery available on Essentials, Business, Enterprise plans.
Within the Template Gallery, PandaDoc has a section dedicated to your Tax Form needs, from W9, W2 to the 1040EZ, and more.
