You can easily manage and distribute content across your teams, departments, or groups by utilizing our workspace feature to keep content separate and organized. Work on documents together while keeping sensitive content separate to ensure privacy when needed. Individuals can be added to more than one workspace and have different permission roles in each workspace, they are completely independent of each other.
You Gotta Keep em’ Separated:
- Increase efficiency across teams by creating different workspaces that have their own templates and content.
- Allows you to have separate content, workflows, and access permissions for each workspace.
- This keeps your information accessible while ensuring it remains separate from other groups or departments.
By Invitation Only
- Keep workspaces secure by invitation only. Only members invited into the workspace will be allowed to view content within the workspace.
- The content in each workspace is secure and can only be viewed by members within that workspace.
- Set different permissions with each invitation. Members can have different permissions with each workspace they are invited to.
