Spice up your Documents with Animated GIFs, Emojis, and Memes
I have seen clients ask us for "professional-looking” proposals and documents, but in this day and age of Zoom meetings, with kids yelling in the background 'professional' is relative. Don't get me wrong, there is a time for professional-looking documents, but who says Sales and New Hire packets should be those times?
GIFs and Emojis are at peak use right now.🔥💯
Meme Up that Sales Proposal
Memes are great and fun, and we use memes not only on social media but also during the sales cycle. Here are some examples of what we’ve created:
You can make your own company-centric memes at sites like Imgflip.
Emojis to 😮 WOW 😮 and draw focus to important Information
We talk in emojis all day; soon, we’ll throw away thousands of years of written words and go back to good ‘ol Egyptian style hieroglyphs - ok, we haven’t gotten to that point yet but 🤷
A great resource to use is Emojipedia. You can search for an emoji and simply click copy and then paste it into your PandaDoc document - no need to download all those emoji images!
Animate your Proposals
No matter how you pronounce them, GIFs are a great way to express yourself and what you and your brand can do for a customer. We have used GIFs during onboarding new PandaDoc employees:
Not just fun and games, provide recipients with valuable information presented in a fun way:
You can download GIFs straight from Google images, or go to the GIF king, Giphy to download.
Your Turn
How have you used GIFs, Emojis, or Memes to spice up your documents...also, GIF is a ‘hard G’ - Disagree 😱, let me know in the comments!
