Form to Spreadsheet to Template?

I'm looking for ideas on how to do this:

• Send a form to a client
• Pull data from completed form into a spreadsheet
• Use data to populate a template for signature in PandaDocs

Has anyone done something similar? If so, how?

  Hey Matt, 
  
  Yes i've seen this done before and there are quite a few different ways to accomplish this workflow.
  
  One example would be. 
  
  1) Use google Form to capture input. This natively writes into a spreadsheet.
  2) Use Zapier to trigger on "New Form submission" and leverage the PandaDoc Zapier app to create a document.
  
  We will also be releasing a new Forms feature before the end of year to combine the form + signature piece.

  Thanks for sharing this, Matt. Our organisation would love to have this functionality as well, without having to sign up for Zapier. Hoping the new form feature makes this possible.
