Tip 1 - You can always use custom mapping in “Pricing item mappings” section, i.e. map salesforce “Subtotal” with PandaDoc “Price” column, or unmap quantity here and pass it over via a variables/tokens. It could help to accommodate specific calculations.
Tip 2 - Use variables/tokens to pass over custom “Opportunity Products/Quote Line Items/Order Product” fields. Go to “PandaDoc Settings” -> “Configure Tokens”. Add “Opportunity Products/Quote Line Items/Order Product” tabs. Check the fields you want to pass to the PD pricing table. Press “Save”.
Add Opportunity product fields into the tokens/variables list by going to PandaDoc Setup > Configure tokens. Select Opportunity product, and check the fields you need to pass on the left.
Create a new document in Salesforce, click the plus sign on the right side of the pricing table. Unhide the columns with the tokens you need to pull from SFDC:
Convert the document back to a template to save the pricing table setup. Now you can rename the headers of columns. They will be pulling data from respective SFDC fields anyway:
